Position Title: VP, Commercial Banker

Status: Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt + graduated Commission Plan...15% 20% 25%

Reports To: SVP, Chief Banking Officer

Supervises: No direct reports; assists in team supervision when necessary and requested

1. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

Makes and services a wide variety of business and individual loans (both secured and unsecured) personally or in conjunction with other Officers in assigned markets. Solicits, develops, and manages credit relations with commercial customers. Explores and solicits commercial banking relationships in assigned markets/counties in conjunction with commercial initiatives. Makes and services a wide variety of commercial, real estate and construction loans. Makes personal contacts with present and prospective customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non customers. Supports the Bank’s non-lending commercial services function by prospecting, sales, and incidental servicing of commercial customers.
