Job Description:

Join the Shisler & Associates Insurance, Inc. Agency team! We have opportunities available at all of our offices throughout the valley.

Commercial Insurance Sales Manager candidates must have the ability to develop knowledge of the local market, prospect for new business and use consultative selling techniques.

Position Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Sales experience in a sales environment, preferably including marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, preparing quotes and delivering presentations

· Commercial insurance sales experience

· Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred before starting or is required to be obtained within 30 days of beginning employment (reimbursement available)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent customer relationship building skills

· Experience with PC software including MS Office Suite, Internet Explorer, etc.

Compensation & Benefits:

· Up to $75,000 plus Bonus
