We are currently seeking a Community Manager to join our team at a 168 unit tax credit apartment community in Cape Coral, FL.

In addition to the hourly rate, a sign on bonus of $1,500 minus taxes will be included if hired by 12/31/21! ($750 after 30 days of employment; $750 after 6 months of employment)

This role is also eligible for a $1,000 bonus minus taxes upon submitting proof of COVID-19 vaccination!

Position Summary:

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the property.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years of previous property management experience preferred
• Section 42 experience preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
• Dominium requires all front-line employees to either provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or undergo regular COVID-19 testing
