Job Description
Well-established mid sized consumer goods company in Carrolton, TX is seeking an experienced Controller to support the Executive Team with responsibility for financial management and accounting.
What we are looking for:
- Experience working for a consumer goods company that imports their products and sells them through ecommerce and brick and mortar retail
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP system
- Someone who views the finance and accounting department as a part of the overall team and supports the sales and marketing efforts
- Looking for someone who wants to be in the office, not someone who is looking for hybrid or remote work
Requirements
- Bachelor (or higher) Degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least five (5) years of relevant work experience
- Good leadership and motivational skills
- Has demonstrated experience with assessing an existing team and making recommendations on how to improve their overall effectiveness (restructuring)
