Position:

Jitjatjo is looking for energetic and hardworking team members who are comfortable working in fast-paced kitchen environments.

Concession Cooks are passionate about food and are experts at preparing a variey of foods. Successful Talent multitask with minimal supervision and carefully follow directions for food service.

Responsibilities:

Carefully follow recipes while preparing assigned items for food service.
Prepare, chop, slice, and cut all ingredient portions prior to cooking.
Grill all ingredients and dishes as specified in the menu and according to proper temperatures.
Plate and garnish cooked items before table service.
Clean and maintain assigned work station areas.
Follow safe and sanitary food handling practices according to local health and state laws.
Ensure that guest meals come out quickly, simultaneously, and consistently.
Maintain a positive and professional environment with coworkers and customers.

Requirements:

18 years or older
Eligible to work in the US
Smartphone with a data plan
