Job Description

In this position, you will work with the Director of N-Sid-Sen. The position will be focusing on Culinary and food service, responsible for meal prep, food ordering, inventory, food cost/budget, and summer kitchen staff management. You will also participate in staff meetings and outside events with the local community.


DUTIES

  • Prepares all foods in accordance to standard recipes as specified by the Camp.
  • A passion and desire to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation.
  • Able to read, write and execute recipes
  • Able to use kitchen measurement tools
  • Responsible for cleanliness of kitchen and kitchen equipment
  • serving groups from 16-200
