Job Description
In this position, you will work with the Director of N-Sid-Sen. The position will be focusing on Culinary and food service, responsible for meal prep, food ordering, inventory, food cost/budget, and summer kitchen staff management. You will also participate in staff meetings and outside events with the local community.
DUTIES
- Prepares all foods in accordance to standard recipes as specified by the Camp.
- A passion and desire to learn.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation.
- Able to read, write and execute recipes
- Able to use kitchen measurement tools
- Responsible for cleanliness of kitchen and kitchen equipment
- serving groups from 16-200
