Correctional Nurse LPN PT Weekends

Job Description

Weekend Shifts are a necessary part of Nurse Life. In an effort to be able to offer some balance we want to allow our team members the ability to have at least every other weekend off. We are looking for valued nurses who need additional hours, at least one weekend a month. We have availability in our safe, secure correctional medical unit to pick up 8 hour shifts, every other weekend. Correctional Nurses perform Sick Call Triage, H&Ps, & Med Pass duties. Use your medical knowledge and hearts desire to care for the underserved, without the back-breaking patient lifting you find in home health and nursing home care. Opportunities for PRN shifts & additional hours at other jails in the area once you find out corrections is your new career choice!

Location: Wayne County Detention Center

Open Position: PT LPN

Schedule: EVO Saturday & Sunday (7:30am-3:30pm)
