1,500 Retention Bonus for experienced Hairstylists

• $350.00 at 90 days
• $350.00 at 180 days,
• $400.00 at 270 days
• $400.00 at 360 days

What you will need:

• Prior experience as a Hair Stylist; Preferred 5+ years
• Knowledge of a wide range of cutting techniques, treatments and color; suitable of all hair types
• Skilled at analyzing, consulting, and educating clients regarding hair care and hair care products
• Demonstrate strong technical skills with a passion and devotion for your art
• Works independently and adapts well to change and business needs
• Active state cosmetology license
• Willing to travel for training
