The Project Manager will oversee complete construction operations for 1-3 elite, custom homes in very prestigious Knoxville developments and coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors/vendors, homeowners & HOA staff, city/county officials and other necessary contacts. The PM will facilitate all necessary paperwork, reports, submittals, design/architectural changes, pay-apps, schedule & otherwise to direct construction (through completion) of high-end custom homes in the $3Mil value or above.

The selected candidate will have some commercial structural experience (foundations, etc) or similar and high-end custom home finishes background to navigate the challenges of large, multi-million dollar home projects.

● Producing quality construction projects
● Producing regular and accurate job progress reports, meeting notes, budget
