Customer Service- Operations Support

Are you looking to take your customer service  skills to a company where you can grow?  If you have a solid work ethic, attention to detail  and enjoy  working with customers to ensure their orders are handled accurately and efficiently, this temp-to-hire Customer Service - Operations Support position  could be just the right match. This opportunity is with a well-established company, with a  location  in Chicopee, MA.  Pay rate is $20.00 - $22.00  per hour.

Customer Service - Operations Support Responsibilities:

• Enter  orders and check material availability
• Verify all orders to ensure proper pricing, grades and descriptions
• Coordinate that quotes are filled out for new items or accounts
• Set up new accounts
• Daily invoicing of all shipments

• College degree preferred
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
• Previous customer service or office experience
