$15.00 per hour- $16.00 depending upon experience.

• Shift Differential of up to $1.50/hr (weekends between 5p-5a)
• Ability to earn incentive up $350/month after training.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Associate II, you will be supporting our client's customers as the first point of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help customers with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service.

As a Customer Experience Associate II, you will be responsible for:

• Providing customers with appropriate customized solutions to meet their needs
• Performing routine call center activities concerning business products and services
• Using the tools provided to guide you through customer conversations
• Providing customers with important information while communicating in a warm empathetic manner
• Gathering information to keep customer profiles and accounts up to date

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
• Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
• Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Demonstrate the ability to type a minimum of 20 WPM
• Have prior clerical/ customer service work experience
