Employment Solutions is hiring IMMEDIATELY for skilled and experienced Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representatives (CSR) available to work in the Killeen area. This is a full-time position that offers the ability to work remotely following completed training! Flexibility available during these trying times!

Customer Service Representatives (CSR) Responsibilities:
* Responsible for answering inbound calls all while providing superior customer service in a skilled and knowledgeable manner.
* Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to multi-task while being detail-oriented

Customer Service Representatives (CSR) Qualifications:

**** MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH ****

* Previous CSR experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Excellent CSR and communications skills
* Strong work ethic
* Ability to multi-task, while being detail orientated
* Be able to work in a fast pace work environment
* Be computer literate
* Have a High school diploma/GED or Equivalent

Pay: Position pays $13/hr.

Hours: Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule and able to work weekeds as needed.
