Job Description

We have SEVERAL Customer Service Representatives (CSR) openings to start immediately in the Killeen area. We are looking for individuals that possess strong customer service skills to receive incoming calls, assisting customers with questions and/or concerns about various programs.

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative (CSR):
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Have a strong work ethic
* Ability to multi-task, while being detail orientated in a fast pace environment
* Have good written and verbal skills
* Be computer literate
* Have a High school diploma/GED or Equivalent

Hours and Schedule for Customer Service Representative (CSR):

* Training is Monday - Friday, 8am - 4: 30pm
* After training you need to be available to work any hours Monday - Friday, 7am - 6pm

* Pay for the Customer Service (CSR): $13.50/per hour
