Overview: IntelliRide, by Transdev, provides the coordination of non-emergency medical transportation across the country. The IntelliRide Reservationist is considered our front-line staff and therefore we seek professional-minded individuals with excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills to join our team. Responsibilities: Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from recipients who need transportation to/from medical appointments
• Provides customer service with late vehicle services, verifying transportation provider no shows, and reassignment to a new transportation provider if necessary
• Answer general questions related to transportation benefits

Qualifications: Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED required
• One or more years of Customer Service experience preferred
• Punctual with an emphasis on attendance
• Ability to work from home
