Jacob Healthcare Center is waiting for someone like you! We are looking for people who want to become Certified Nurse Assistants and are passionate about helping others, are team players, and promote a positive work environment!

we will pay for your tuition, and you’ll be hired as a Screener/ Customer Service Representative while you’re in school and waiting for your license to be active!  You will be hired as a Full- Time Screener/ Customer Service for a period of 6 months while you are in school. Once you get your License you will be promoted to CNA

Screener/ Customer Service Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain a level of customer service to all guests by establishing policies and procedures as directed by your supervisor. The Screener provides close observation serving primarily to the patient’s cleanliness and safety. This position performs a wide variety of duties to ensure an efficient and effective process for welcoming and screening all patients and visitors who enter our facilities.

 

 

CNA Position Summary:  The main duty of this position is to perform the appropriate level of nursing care to skilled nursing home residents for a skilled nursing facility which includes a Sub-Acute unit.

 

Education/Certification:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to fulfill each essential duty with a strong degree of professionalism. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

  • High School diploma
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic communication skills and working knowledge of the English language.
  • Resourceful in problem-solving.
  • Ability to be organized and flexible in response to changing demands.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team with little supervision.
