An award-winning acute care hospital located in central Vermont is now searching for an experienced Cytology Laboratory Supervisor Imaging to join their accredited healthcare team.

Reporting to the Laboratory Director and Manager, the Cytology Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the cytology and histology laboratory areas. The Cytology Laboratory Supervisor will lead a team of 5-10 FTEs, evaluate staff and promote professional development, perform quality control and safety tests, ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, and has oversight of the department fiscal budget.  

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related field
• Completion of a Cytotechnologist program with current ASCP certification
• Progressive leadership experience in a clinical laboratory setting
