Job Description
Penmac is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for an insurance company in Springfield, MO. This is a temporary long-term contract.
Duties include processing transactions and resolving issues related to Property and Casualty insurance billing.
Duties include:
•Set up and maintenance of payment plans.
•Research and resolve all payment related issues.
•Reconcile payments and making needed adjustments.
•Research and resolve all payment related issues.
•Reconcile payments and making needed adjustments.
•Assist with other clerical duties including email correspondence, data entry, and more.
Required:
Efficient and accurate data entry
High confidentiality
Strong attention to detail
Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
Pay is $15 per hour
Mon-Fri, 8 am-4:30 pm
Temporary contract expected to last 6-18 months
