Loan Operations Representative – Excellent Benefits Package!

A well-established financial institution in Cincinnati that offers an EXCELLENT benefits package and is temp-to-hire.

Position Details:

Multiple candidates are needed for an ENTRY LEVEL Loan Operations Representative position. They are willing to train someone who is interested in getting into the banking industry!
This is a 1^st shift position with the hours of 8:45am-5:30pm, with rotating Saturdays 9:00am-2:00pm. The starting pay is $15.00/hr.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Open and distribute incoming mail; Collect and stamp outgoing mail.
Research members' accounts for processing payments accurately and basic member maintenance.
Must have proficient computer skills including Email, Excel, and Word.
Must be able to manage time in a fast-paced environment and follows instructions consistently
Prior customer service experience is required
Data entry experience is required

HSD/GED is required
Prior experience working in a financial institution is not required
