Loan Operations Representative – Excellent Benefits Package!

A well-established financial institution in Cincinnati that offers an EXCELLENT benefits package and is temp-to-hire.

Position Details:

Multiple candidates are needed for an ENTRY LEVEL Loan Operations Representative position. They are willing to train someone who is interested in getting into the banking industry!
This is a 1st shift position with the hours of 8:45am-5:30pm, with rotating Saturdays 9:00am-2:00pm. The starting pay is $15.00/hr.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Open and distribute incoming mail; Collect and stamp outgoing mail.
  • Research members' accounts for processing payments accurately and basic member maintenance.
  • Must have proficient computer skills including Email, Excel, and Word.
  • Must be able to manage time in a fast-paced environment and follows instructions consistently
  • Prior customer service experience is required
  • Data entry experience is required
  • HSD/GED is required
  • Prior experience working in a financial institution is not required
