Delivery Driver - $2500 SIGNING BONUS

FULL-TIME

$18.50/hr, plus $2500 new hire bonus, see details below

Average Incentive pay is an additional $150 -$400/week, performance based.

• Conducting a pre and post trip inspection properly, notating any vehicle defects. Abiding by the DOT hours of service rules and regulations for their license type.
• Delivers invoiced products by bottle, case, pallet or hand-stack from the delivery truck and placing said merchandise into customer account accurately.
• Verifying receipt of correct order with the customer by checking product type and size against the provided invoice, obtaining customer signature and payment if necessary, for goods received.
• Ensuring physical security of truck at all times.
• Delivering to approximately 19 accounts daily. May deliver more during times of increased account activity.
• Occasionally required to help other routes finish stops or pick up backhauls.
• Possibility to work with one or more helpers.
• Providing feedback to transportation management in terms of route changes or route concerns.
• May utilize a smartphone for interaction with hours of service (HOS) software and/or driver monitoring programs.

Shift start: 4:00AM or 5:00AM or 6:00AM
Shift length: 8 - 14 hours

$250 once started, $500 at Day 90, $750 at Day 180, and $1000 at 1 year anniversary
