COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS General Dentist (DDS / DMD)

• Up to $221,000 annual salary with experience
• $30,000 Signing Bonus
• $5,000 relocation assistance
• Free temp-housing provided by the facility for first 6 months of employment
• FQHC - Up to $50,000 in Federal school loan assistance with 2 years of employment
