Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a candidate to join a client of ours in Draper, UT as a Desktop Support Technician. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and configuring desktops and laptops at an enterprise level. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both Windows and MAC machines. You will be asked to perform a variety of tasks on-site which include but are not limited to, Provisioning accounts, configuring new computers, troubleshooting applications, installing printers, troubleshooting network drives, and working with group policies. You will also be working directly with executives on a daily basis.

A+ certification
2-5 years of technical support experience

Experience troubleshooting and configuring MAC computers

Troubleshooting Applications

Installing printers to new MACs

Provisioning MACs

Troubleshooting a network drive

Creating group policies
