We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Supervisor to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio (US-OH), United States (US).

Role Responsibilities

• Team lead for a team of technicians
• Performs advanced trouble shooting techniques to address complex technical issues
• Independently assesses and adjusts technical solutions based on the specific client issue
• Addresses escalated technical issues from less experienced team members
• Activities are diverse in nature and require independent judgment in determining the most appropriate course
• Works autonomously in providing on-site technical support to clients
• Works autonomously in delivering installation services
• Prepares documentation to record and track project status

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years prior technical/IT experience

Additional Skills

• Previous IT leadership experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience desired
• Desktop support experience in a fast paced, corporate environment
• IT Hardware Deployment Project Management Experience
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, project management skills, ability to motivate, and develop teams and individuals
• Understanding of ITIL processes and principals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and document processes
