Job Description

An established critical access hospital located in the Upper Connecticut Valley region is now looking for an experienced Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join their award-winning healthcare team.

For more than a century, this 35-bed critical access hospital has provided accessible, affordable, and high-quality healthcare. This location represents a number of services including a level IV Trauma Center, inpatient services, orthopedics and surgical services, imaging and laboratory testing, behavioral health, and rehabilitative services. 

Under limited supervision, the Diagnostic Medical Sonographer will perform sonographic examinations on a diverse patient population. The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer will take expert diagnostic images of the abdomen, OB/Gyn, vascular, pediatrics, and breast imaging. This is a full-time day shift opportunity.

Requirements Include: 

• Graduate of an AMA accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• Current licensure through ARRT or ARDMS or equivalent
• BCLS certification required before or upon hire
