Education:
Minimum: BS in Dietetics plus 1 yr. internship or equivalent.

License/Certifications: Registered with The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

Experience:
Minimum: Experience in diet therapy and food service management in a health care facility.

Other:
Minimum: Required to be self-motivated to take responsibility for nutritional care of all assigned customers, committed to work within time constraints, able to work well with other disciplines and operational team members of Nutrition Services Department. Seek an independent thinker who is able to work with best interest of patients'/residents' needs/wishes to ensure quality of life and display sound judgment in prioritizing work assignments.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.

Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.

Computer literacy required with word processing, spreadsheets.

Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
