Job Description

This is a full-time, permanent Direct Store Delivery Route Sales Representative opportunity at growing, family oriented sanitary food packaging company. They are open around the clock and run three shifts. They do some processing on site but it is mostly packaging work being done. Employees are listened to and their opinions are respected. This person will report directly to the Sales Manager. The position is available due to continued company growth. In addition to the salary, there is an uncapped commission structure. A company vehicle and expense reimbursement is provided. The successful candidate will have the flexibility and freedom to get their work done as they see fit. A number of routes are available from the Upper Peninsula through Northern Illinois. Duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows:

  • Route sales to various retail store location
  • Travelling his or her route daily to visit retail customer locations
  • Enhancing relationships with customers
  • Travelling to the De Pere area headquarters for a half day on Fridays
  • Verifying inventory levels
  • Writing orders
  • Resolving problems
  • Creating credits as needed
  • Entering data into a tablet
  • Staying overnight once per week if needed

Candidates will have a minimum background consisting of the following:

  • Two or more years of in-person sales, route sales or customer relationship building experience
  • Possess a valid Wisconsin Drivers License
  • Possess strong self motivation
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess ability to stay overnight once per week if needed
  • A solid work history that demonstrates longevity
  • A US citizen or possess a green card
  • A residence within 45 minutes
