We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) – Registered Nurse / RN to oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department at Harborview Lansdale, a 126 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, located in the heart of Lansdale, PA.   Your central goal will be to develop a collaborative and efficient workplace with specific attention to quality resident care.   

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Valid Registered Nurse / RN license required
• Positive and upbeat attitude
• In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
