You will direct, manage, and coach teams across a department within a business unit or function. Lead and direct operations of assigned groups and/or large initiatives for the organization. Work closely with executives within the business units to monitor performance and to develop strategies for future programs to meet business needs in assigned business areas. Foster staff communication with various business units or functions within the company. Coordinate with external entities to design, develop and implement new products or programs.

Day to day you'll...

• Define, communicate and execute the strategy, roadmap, and build for Digital Financial & Lending Products
• P&L responsibility and KPI management around meeting business objectives
• Manage a group of product managers; focus on vision, strategy, longer-term roadmap to maximize / balance strategic objectives and commercial objectives
• Oversee the management, agile development planning, and implementation of all technology development projects, including determination of areas to build vs. partner
• Deliver core banking applications, and drive performance, continuing innovation and product roadmap across multiple workstreams (e.g. onboarding, marketing, servicing, mobile)
• Be the primary interface with Engineering/Tech team to drive the evolution of product capabilities and system integration to support product features/experience
• Be the primary interface with issuing bank and core banking system provider to build lending products
• Develop Key Performance Indicators for the product to monitor ongoing business performance and P&L line items
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with key partners to develop a business case and perform analysis to support product construct and business model decisions
• Support product & process design with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners across the organization to account for requirements from credit & fraud risk, financial crimes, compliance, regulatory & legal

What you'll bring to the team...

• 10+ years of Product Management and/or Product Development experience with digital financial products and consumer lending
• 5+ years people management experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work experience in product management and/or engineering
• Experience with modern, open, modular platforms, and specifically scaling these platforms to support evolving multiple application suite at scale (100,000 plus users)
• Commercial experience in driving P&L profitability through product innovation and strategy
• Experience acting as a liaison between business & tech teams to define, prioritize, & deliver projects
• Strategic thought leadership and strong critical thinking and analytical skills
