The Phoenix Center is actively seeking a motivated Director of Nursing to join our family. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisted living, be well organized with excellent communication skills, and have familiarity and true enjoyment from working with the needs of the infirm and the elderly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
• Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years of recent experience in a supervisory role in a nursing care facility
• Must be very organized and have the ability to lead others.
• Strong computer skills are necessary.
• A positive, outgoing, upbeat personality is a must.
• Be self-directed; have strong organizational & planning skills; ability to multi-task.
