A Nursing home in Cumberland County, PA is seeking a Director of Nursing to oversee all nursing operations of the facility. The Director of Nursing should be a hard-working, compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who steadily developed their managerial and administrative skills. Being efficient, dedicated, a good listener and problem-solver is what will open our door for you.

Director of Nursing, (RN) Salary:

• $120,000 - $140,000 (Depending on experience)

Director of Nursing, (RN) Responsibilities:

• Direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel (RN, LPN and CNA)
• Set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department
• Organize and coordinate admission, nursing and patient care procedures
• Develop and enforce policies aiming for legal compliance and high quality standards
• Resolve issues and deficiencies when needed
• Collaborate with other departments and professionals to streamline operations
