Avis Budget Group is looking for a Dispatcher to manage a foundational element of our operations: getting vehicles where they need to be to ensure customers can get the right car, in the right location, at the right time.  What you’ll do:

• Complete information for vehicle counts for all locations
• Handle telephone inquiries and refer calls to appropriate parties
• Prepare, distribute and track daily shuttling plans to employees
• Compile, prepare, and reconcile reports as needed
• Communicate with Airport and Agencies before shuttling activity is executed
• Handle other fleet-related responsibilities pertaining to control and accounting

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Driver’s License (non CDL) and clean driving record
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent administrative abilities, communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams
• Proficiency with various computer applications including Microsoft Office
