The Gardens at Stroud is seeking a Driver / Certified Nursing Assistant for our skilled nursing facility in Stroudsburg, PA!.

You will drive the facility vehicle to transport residents to desired destinations.

Shift Available:

• Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Provides assistance / escort for residents to and from physician appointments, dialysis and any other transportation necessary.
• Provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
• Covid Vaccine required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring
