• Primary Purpose:
• Contribute to Increased overall employee engagement and satisfaction by coordinating all recognition programs

• Essential Function:
• Track eligibility for all recognition programs and ensure those eligible receive their award in a timely fashion
• Provide terminals with advance notice as to who is receiving a reward
• Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objective
•  Asist with the planning and day of event for Driver Appreciation week as well as Quarterly Driver Appreciation Days
•  Asist with the WeDriveKnight Facebook Page
•  Asist with Driver Portal Comments
•  Asist with Workhound Posts

• Work Experience:
• Prior experience in customer experience preferred
• Prior experience in transportation industry preferred
• Knowledgeable in Excel preferred

• Skills and Abilities:
• Must possess excellent verbal communication skills
• Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks and activities
• AS400 experience preferred
