The Position

Starting Pay:$25.85/hr.

Hours:Mon-Fri DAYS, flexible schedule

WorkEnvironment:Manufacturing, Non-Climate Controlled, Variable Temperatures

Job Duties:

Deliver, facilitate, and evaluate learning activities at the plant level.

Lead, mentor, support and provide the necessary training and tools to educate all employees on processes, procedures, equipment, safety, quality initiatives

Experience with manufacturing processes; knowledge about the extrusion process

Must be able to communicate with many different personalities and train to different learning types

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Presentation skills for small group and/or classroom-type training; may facilitate train-the-trainer training

Organizational skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple trainees

Assist managementto implement new training formats and documentation

Enthusiastic, receptive to questions, relatable, effectively deliver training

Active listener,Assertive, flexible, dependable, enthusiastic and professional

Open to flex shift hoursas needed
