Job Description

Designs, builds, and supports solutions based on Dynamics 365 (D365)

Independently customizes, integrates, maintains, and supports commercial software packages associated with D365 Unified Operations Applications

Extends capability of D365 through creation of new entities, forms, workflows, reports, customization, config, security, and access model

Develops D365 integration to other business systems: Power BI, legacy ERP, and other related enterprise systems

Identifies ideas to improve system performance

Conducts root cause analysis of issues, reviews new and existing code and/or performs unit testing

Aid in design, implementation, and support of website-based commerce platforms such as Sana Commerce

Uses Dev Ops techniques to design, build, and support applications and process flows using tools such as within Microsoft's Power Platform

D365 Certifications

Azure Certifications
Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Data Management, or Computer Science with 3+ years experience of D365 delivery experience; OR 7+ years of relevant IT/ D365 delivery experience

3+ years delivering solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform with a focus on Supply Chain, Commerce, and Finance

2+ years of delivery experience in Power Platform applications and DevOps

Experience developing software architectures and key software components

Working knowledge of Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Cost Management, or equivalent tooling more
