Northwestern Medical Center's mission is to provide exceptional healthcare for our community and we are currently recruiting for a Part-time Echosonographer to join our Diagnostic Imaging Team.

EXPECTED HOURS/SHIFT: Part-Time (40 hours bi-weekly), Generally Monday-Friday, hours variable, weekends as needed

JOB SUMMARY:

Performs clinical assessment and diagnostic echocardiography examinations according to American Society of Echocardiology (ASE) guidelines.

PREREQUISITES

Education: Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited program. Bachelors degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography preferred.

Certification: Active Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification by American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or board eligible. BLS required.
