MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants. *Description* · Responsible for all day to day operations of Shopify Site o Responsible for following the website calendar to proactively plan for site updates and product editions o Product Set up o Create product color swatches for the season o Responsible for the accuracy of the site merchandising o Promotion executions o Product Reviews updates o Daily site bug checks o Product Roadmap maintenance o Customer shopping experience, site analytics and google analytics (behavior reports) o Evaluate and report on site improvement conversions and customer engagement o Testing and troubleshooting new feature/art tests on all devices o Shopify Theme updates o Partnering with IT for on-site updates and bug fixes, to ensure completion of projects o Partner with Strategic Planning on quarterly buy execution to the sku level o Responsible for maintaining weekly merchandise transfers based on selling and inventory availability o ERP Blue Cherry checks for inventory ETA o Conduct daily, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sales reporting; provide selling recaps o Ad Hoc reporting o Interaction and partnering with Customer Service and Warehouse Fulfillment for Site and Merchandising updates · Collaborate and support Creative to create tracking links for Social media and e-blasts, and collateral for the site · Research and implement any new features to the site, work with developers on projects and ensure correct and timely completio · 4-5 years of experience in Ecommerce · Minimum 2 years of experience with Shopify · Strong understanding of Brand building and Brand consistency · BS or BA degree, Marketing, Ecommerce, or Business-related field · Excellent Excel and Microsoft office skills · Hands on knowledge of Google Analytics, (certification a plus) · Aptitude with numbers and clear understanding of retail math · Background in lingerie/intimates a plus · Clear and concise communication skills with proactive follow-up · Highly analytical, data-driven individual · Highly organized and detail-oriented · Excellent at teaming and collaboration · Basic understanding of warehouse operations · Flexibility & time management: ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines, Process-oriented work ethic · Process-oriented work ethic Our client is a privately held, high end Lingerie brand * Contract to hire role * Fashion expereince from high end brand * NYC office * competitive pay more
