RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Director of Human Resources is multi-faceted role with responsibility for assessing, planning, directing, implementing and evaluating all Human Resources related programs and activities for Hospital including:
• development, review and application of Human Resources policies/procedures
• maintaining effective employee relations programs and education
• accountability for administration of Hospital’s compensation and benefit programs
• design of effective recruitment and retention programs and activities
• maintenance of Associate personnel records
• ensuring recognition and completion of regulatory and accrediting organization standards
• mentoring of Human Resources Department Associates creating growth opportunities and professional development

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of progressive managerial experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Master’s Degree strongly preferred
• PHR
• SPHR
