In order to ensure we have top notch staff; The Citadel of Sterling is offering Free Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Classes with guaranteed employment. Applicants will be employed as Certified Nursing Assistance In Training until they complete the requirements of becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). 

By joining our team and becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant, we will personally train you to become part of one of the leading nursing facilities in the area. As a Certified Nursing Assistant student at The Citadel of Sterling you will be able to touch the lives of countless residents and families, while furthering your education.
