Job Description

Fabricator ($1,500 Starting Bonus!)

FULL-TIME

$16/hr, plus $1500 new hire bonus, see details below

Salary range from $16-19 depending on experience

- Verifying tools, materials, and processing against router requirements
- Operating all equipment required to perform the job
- Fabricating parts per router instructions
- Checking quality of parts per first piece inspection
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Becoming proficient in all Fabricator work procedures and work instructions for all work centers. Referring to training modules
- Actively supporting the Quality, Safety, and Environmental Programs.
- Performing any miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
- Working on production floor boxing product
- Operating mill or calendar equipment

Schedule

Shift start: 6:00AM or 2:30PM
Shift length: 8 - 10 hours
Monday - Friday

• Can lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

$1500 new hire incentive

This sign on bonus will be paid in two increments. The first installment will be paid after 30 days of employment and the second installment will be paid after 90 days of employment.
