MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants. *Description* * Responsible for managing all day-to-day financial transactions, including Managing and overseeing expenditures, and cash requirements, identifying areas for streamlining, responding to managerial and/or family requests and inquiries, and reviewing and developing regular reporting tools * Responsible for oversight of all financial activity including: reconciling accounts, preparing budgets, forecasting cash needs, and preparing financial statements * Working with internal tax department for document requests and timely payment of tax liabilities, as applicable * Liaising with external parties such as banks, trustees, vendors, and insurance agents * Assisting in development and implementation of new procedures and processes to enhance work flow * Responsible for organizing and maintaining supporting documentation * Lending support with various ad-hoc requests (e.g., presentations, tax reports, special projects) The The Family Office Senior Accountant will have 5+ years of relevant family office accounting experience fro ma CPA firm or previous in house experience.
