Job Description

Pay - $65,000 - $75,000 Annual
Area - West Texas or Oklahoma

Position Summary: Manage relationships and favorable contacts with customers.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Resolve customer issues, concerns and problems; provide timely responses to any customer queries
  • Professionally interface with customers
  • Execute company’s established service and budgetary objectives in a manner that optimizes the total distribution program, enhances the company image with customers and community while supporting customer distribution needs
  • Attend and present at customer meetings, workshops and new restaurant openings
  • Effectively manage various supply programs, such as Be Well Stocked (BWS)
  • Support customers on back-room organization and effectiveness
  • Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 5+ years related work experience in customer management/customer service related field
  • Must be able to travel 50%-85%
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, conscientious and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively and produce accurate, timely results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive approach, team-player attitude and professional demeanor
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Willing to work any schedule, including weekends and holidays, due to our 24/7 environment
  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
