Field Supervisors have a very competitive total compensation package – our top performers earn about $65,000 per year through a combination of base salary and weekly performance bonuses!

TAK Communications, Inc., founded in 2004, is a leading nationwide cable installation company headquartered in South Dakota. TAK is proud to have an executive team comprised almost entirely of former technicians who started in the truck.


We are seeking a Field Supervisor based in Memphis, TN to add to our expanding team.


Field Supervisors are responsible for day-to-day people leadership. This role focuses on championing safety, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and serves team members as a trainer, coach and leader.

Requirements

Qualifications, Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a people leader and 3+ years of industry experience
  • Exceptional communications skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to meet pre-employment standards (background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen)
  • Safety first approach to leadership
  • Willingness to work in a wide variety of conditions including indoors, outdoors, ladders/heights, small spaces, assorted weather conditions, etc.
