Duties include selecting product to be cut, determining quality, Ensure lowest percentage of loss, Must be an experienced stock cutter primary species: Salmon; Halibut. Wage Range 18.00 - 20.00 DOE.

Shift start: 8:00AM
Shift length: 8 hours
Monday - Friday

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 75 lbs
• Must be at least 21+ years old

-Must be experienced Fish cutter able to cut up to 1,000 #s in a shift. -Minimum 3 years experience -Must have basic math skills. -Good retention skills. -Attention to detail.
