What You Will Do:

Represent the firm’s face to the market. Primary role is to become an expert in understanding clients and connecting them with vast planning and global investing expertise, aligning investment goals and processes. Will complete a highly immersive 13-week training program, designed to cover critical areas and provide the knowledge and skills necessary to build a foundation for success.

Educational & Work Requirements:

• REQUIRED: A+ candidates with 10+ years of professional experience
• Former U.S. Military Officer with a strong MBA or some corporate experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Entrepreneurial Spirit; Intellectual Curiosity
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills; Structure and Discipline
• Grit, Determination, and Drive for Success
• Spirit of Generosity in Working With and Within Their Community
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with centers of influence (attorneys, accountants, business advisors, etc.)
• Must be comfortable interacting with individuals of significant wealth
