Flexo Press Operator

FULL-TIME

$27/hr, plus $2500 new hire bonus, see details below

Inspect and rewind each job for quality and compliance to customer specifications.

Duties include:
- Calibrating counters.
- Visually inspecting labels for defects.
- Splicing rolls together using scissors and tape.
- Setting up multiple slitter units.
- Slitting down jobs.
- Packing each job as completed.
- Making core/shipper labels, Certificate of Compliance, and packing list.
- Following pharmaceutical procedures.
- Splicing rolls together using Splicing table, following customer splicing specifications.
- Maintaining the Rewinder using the PM schedules.
- Following GMP’s (paperwork).
- Following procedures to set up and operate back numbering equipment.

Shift start: 3:00PM
Shift length: 8 hours
Monday - Friday

Qualifications

Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
Must pass background check
Can lift 30 lbs
Must be at least 18+ years old

At least 2 months of related experience and/or training is preferred.

$2500 new hire incentive

Paid out after 90 days of employment.
