Job Skills / Requirements

This is a working supervisor position, responsible for the successful completion of the work in a large warehouse facility, overseeing a team that performs general cleaning work (cleaning of restrooms, offices, break areas), cleaning the warehouse floors with a riding scrubber, as well as manual pallet jacks, who are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse, by removing empty cardboard from the warehouse floor. The Supervisor will be responsible for customer service to their internal associate team, as well as the external customers at this facility. The Supervisor will train and coach associates to complete their nightly tasks, as well as follow up nightly to ensure tasks are completed to the proper quality level that meets and exceeds the customer's expectations. The Supervisor will fill in to cover work when associates are off work, and maintain supply inventories to complete the cleaning tasks. Also responsible for any and all tasks assigned to them by the Account Manager.
