Food Production Associate

FULL-TIME

$16.75/hr, plus $1500 new hire bonus, see details below

We are looking for a Production Associate to join our rapidly expanding team in the Portland area. The Production Associate is responsible for packing bagged products into boxes. Essential functions include but are not limited to inspecting, monitoring, and communicating problems with equipment or product to the Lead.

Shift start: 7:30AM or 8:00AM or 3:00PM or 4:00PM or 4:30PM or 5:00PM
Shift length: 8 - 10 hours
5 days/week to include Sat. or Sun.

This bonus will be paid out in four separate installments (day 15, day 90, 6 months and 1 year) and is based on meeting company expectations regarding performance and conduct.
