Forklift/Loader Operator

FULL-TIME

$20/hr, plus $1000 new hire bonus, see details below

The Forklift/Loader Operator will be responsible for :

- Operating a large heavy weight (15,000 lbs. plus) forklift.
Effectively handle concrete products without causing damage to personnel, product, or property.
- Successfully taking and passing lift truck operation courses and assessments.
- Maintaining safety practices and adhering to Company OSHA and safety guidelines at all times, maintaining a clean work area, free of safety hazards.
- Continuously learning and being open to feedback to improve individual performance; complying with all company policies, unit work rules, and directives for the fulfillment of maximum production and quota objectives.
- Any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by your supervisor at any given time and in any given area.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with a $1.00 increase after 90 days of successful performance.

Shift start: 6:30AM or 7:00AM
Shift length: 8 + hours
