Forklift Operator

FULL-TIME

$19.75/hr

Job Description:
This position utilizes a high reach stand-up forklift. The operator is trained to properly move product through the warehouse from dock, into storage locations, picking orders, and shipping. These movements will be performed using a high reach stand up forklift, pallet jack, other warehouse equipment and RF gun devices.

Duties: Load, Unload, put away, pick orders, while working in a safe and clean environment.

Good Depth perception is required to operate Stand Up Double Reach Trucks.
Ability to follow directions per the Company /Plant (SOP’S) Standard Operating Procedures.
Operating PIT’s (Powered Industrial Trucks) in temperatures ranging from +38° to -5° F
Order Selecting using RF computers mounted on PIT’s.
Able to operate PIT working overhead (approx. 35’) for pallet placement of customer goods.
Ability to maintain production standards per the plant directives.
Work in a safe and clean environment

Education:
High School Diploma or GED Preferred

Experience:
Previous High Reach Forklift, and/or Warehouse experience preferred

Schedule

Shift start: 2:00PM or 10:00PM
Shift length: 8.5 hours
Monday-Friday start time 2:00pm, Sunday-Thursday start time 10:00pm
