Recruiter - Foster Care Program

Every day, you’ll be busy! You will screen, interview and select potential foster parents to become licensed caregivers.  You will develop and administer an effective recruitment program for the Foster Care Program to include coordination of recruitment events and developing  community awareness of Foster Care Programs through effective marketing and outreach. 

Recruiter Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of previous recruiting experience required
• Foster care experience a plus
• Resourceful and creative with ways of finding viable candidates through a variety of proactive and reactive recruiting styles
• Excellent communications skills
